Darlene and the entire staff were amazing from start to finish! I had recently closed out another storage unit with a near by competitor, so I came to A-1. Best decision ever. Excellent customer service is what differentiates this storage from other spaces. They do have air conditioned storage units

Acknowledged me upon entering and assisted me quickly & answered all my questions with enthusiasm and a SMILE!!! Such a rare thing these days & definitely why I decided to sign up right then & there!
The people who work at this facility are fantastic and so friendly. It is always so clean. When we go into the office it's like checking into a lovely hotel.
