The storage facility was run like a clock and was very clean. I thought it was pricey as the rent rose every year until I moved to San Luis Obispo and the facilities here are in short supply, unruly, and costly. I found that the company made every effort to please their clients including reminders regarding late payments especially as they got to the critical end. Everything from holding a unit online, check-in, and being shown "the ropes" went great. I am really impressed by how friendly and helpful all the staff are, on the phone or in person. Unit was very clean and my whole experience has been great.
