I get to the storage unit the first day. My unit is on the second level and the elevator doesn't work, I was informed that it does work a couple of hours before. I'm disabled and in a hurry to get to the airport this was 48 hours ago and my back still hurts. I'm thinking about calling a lawyer.

Ejay was very helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions and got through the signing up quickly and easily. The staff obviously work well together and made our experience a pleasant one. I had to call later with a problem about our login for the second unit. Glenda reached out for help from marketing and had the problem resolved on the first call! A very responsible and hardworking team who provide excellent customer service.
