RecommendedDiana is THE absolute best! Everyone that works here is super friendly, but from the moment I inquired on pricing, Diana was right there to coach me and help with all my questions. I needed a rental to store things for my soon to be SDSU Freshman, and Diana made this the best experience ever! Storage locker is clean and easy to access! I would highly recommend this place…and ask for Diana!

I was a renter at this A-1 Storage facility for 10 years. It was a trusted fact that the bathroom was always clean and that the customer service was stellar! I appreciated the warm response when I asked if boxes could be driven down to my unit as I was packing to move. That was cool! It was done with a smile ... a laugh together ... and much appreciation! The staff at the Alvarado Canyon Rd. shop are amazing people. My husband likes to walk in and make his payments, they all knew him (and me--who is much less outgoing) on sight, by name, and eventually knew the unit numbers, too. Efficient, kind and fun. The facility is clean, well ventilated and protected all of our considerable stuff perfectly. We have referred several people to this particular facility as a result. Thanks!
