Shawn made the whole process so simple. She guided me through each step with a complete tour of the facility outlining each security step. It could not have been easier but that was only because of Shawn and her detailed and easy to follow instruction. Not to mention what a pleasant and friendly lady that actually made a moving in process pleasant. She's the best!
Staff in General are helpful, friendly, even staff at location that handled my theft claim. My big disappointment was in that how was my unit broken into and half of its contents taken.( Mine was one of two units that were broken into.) Front building on side of office by the way. Thief's had ample time to cut locks and trashed the entire contents of the other unit that is at least 6 times the size of mine. The amount of the compensation was far less then what I had stated . Hi! A lovely lady Shawn helped us out when we needed a storage unit same day. Toured us around, explained everything in great detail, and was so sweet. I recommend coming here and seeing Shawn! The facility is great and cute decor for Halloween haha. Good first month deal too! Recommend seeing Shawn for your questions and concerns on what you need :)
We have been with this location for at least a year now and we always have a great experience. Shawn has been the one to help us the majority of the time and she always has the greatest customer service over the phone and in person. This week she helped support us as we transitioned into a new unit and made the process easy and pleasant! Thank you for all that you do to make sure your customers are happy!
Shawn goes above and beyond to help you find the best storage unit for your needs. She’s patient, knowledgeable and always has a smile. Great experience every time! Paulo was also awesome; didn’t mind me calling a few times to ask questions.
