Grace at the front desk was great. . Answered all my questions and explained things efficiently. She was patient with me in learning about A-1 storage. I did not feel rush or any thing. I went on my own pace with her guidance. Nice facility, clean, and good access hours.

When I walked in the door, I was greeted by Pinky. She offered the storage options that were available and then took me to see the storage unit I was interested in. As we walked through the building, I noticed it was well kept. The floor and was were clean and undamaged. While headed to see the unit, Pinky also informed me there was a military discount and was going to see if the online price was lower than the in office monthly rent.
