She is very kind, sweet, & very calm human being, I have a mild forgetful when it comes to names, she is American black in ethnicity, Very helpful, explain well, and knows her job.. 101% commendable on being a Customer service. She is a keeper!

Grace and Dominique (? can't remember if that was her name) were both absolutely wonderful). A-1 from my experience is a really class act. I have worked with other storage facilities, and nothing has been near so well organized as A-1. The biggest thing is the "hand holding" through the entire process which Grace offered. I was in a rush to get things done, as I had other commitments, and it was at the end of the day, and Grace nevertheless insisted on on staying on the phone to make sure that all was in and settled.... read more
