Kathleen and Alysa are terrific! They bend over backward to make storing at A-1 easy and pleasurable.. Just walking in the door you see complimentary candy and coffee. That sets the tone of one's experience right off. Kathleen and Alysa are courteous, efficient, and very helful in every way they can. The facility is kept very clean. Prices are reasonable. If anyone is looking for a clean well-run storage locker, I would recommend A-1 Self Storage, San Juan Capistrano, CA without the slightest hesitation.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and from the phone call to customer service to inquire to the follow up from Kathleen was amazing. When I arrived, Kathleen was expecting my arrival and was the most courteous and pleasant person to work with. The process was if not one of the easiest and most cost effective.
