the lady that took all the information at the unit was very nice, helpfull and pleasant. you are very fortunate to have her working for you.
The inside of the facility was always clean and well lit. I never felt unsafe when working in my storage unit. The staff was always friendly and helpful with my needs.
The rep was very kind & courteous & very helpful. My only hope is to get same size unit closer to elevator in near future due to some age-related restrictions! I think the rep will honor my request as soon as an opening appears....7.5 x 10’
Very pleased with the process and the communication
The counter clerk was professional, and fast. The office is nice, and their prices on packing materials were inexpensive as well. What I like most is that the facility is clean, well lit, and quiet, they play a good selection of music.
The lady in the office was super nice, very efficient; the facility appeared clean and well maintained.
Sarah was outstanding and it is everything I would and want in a storage facility.
