The inside of the facility was always clean and well lit. I never felt unsafe when working in my storage unit. The staff was always friendly and helpful with my needs.

The rep was very kind & courteous & very helpful. My only hope is to get same size unit closer to elevator in near future due to some age-related restrictions! I think the rep will honor my request as soon as an opening appears....7.5 x 10’

The counter clerk was professional, and fast. The office is nice, and their prices on packing materials were inexpensive as well. What I like most is that the facility is clean, well lit, and quiet, they play a good selection of music.
