Billy and Steve where always very helpful and work with you. The place was always clean and for being a storage facility there restroom was always clean.

Got a unit yesterday...our couch wouldn't fit through the door so Billy found us better unit last minute! He is the bomb Digety! Great personality and spunk! THey seem to have excellent security so I feel like my items will be safe here! Thanks guys!
Would recommend this place to anyone/ everyone. Billy makes this storage place feel almost home-y. They care about their clients- I was always late on payments (don't do that) and while legally they could have auctioned off my stuff, billy e-mailed and called me personally to get a payment. Like I said- don't make him do that- but in a dog eat dog world it's nice to know some people still care about the patrons of their businesses. Reserved a unit off the web. Was called back immediately, which really impressed me. Billy gave me the details . When I showed up, I was again impressed with how clean the facility was. Billy and Steve got me signed up in no time and at a great price too. Stored at other places and they don't hold a candle to Steve and Billy's place. Great customer service, safe and clean. I highly recommend going to see North County's Storage Superstars!
Reserved a spot in early June. Billy was extremely helpful and fast, as I was on a time crunch. Friendly staff and I felt very secure leaving my belongings there.
Monthly rent prices are gradually rising, and the internal service is terrible. The lack of staff during business hours, calls are not returned, and finding a cart is always difficult because there aren't many. The bathroom is always dirty and poorly maintained. In my recent experience, more than a week ago I spoke by phone with a customer service representative and they told me that when I emptied and handed in the storage unit, I had to do it before my last payday, and so I did on October 1st or 2nd. !!!!BEWARE!!!!! Doubled the rental rate literally 3 months after the "intro" rate. I specifically asked the salesperson about how much the rent would go up after 90 days before getting a unit and she said 5-10% was typical. Total bait and switch. I typically never write reviews but this is the worst business practice and I'll now look for an alternative storage option.
