Nick was great! My mom was in the hospital with what I thought was a broken shoulder and I had to hang up on him to hear her status. When I came in the purchase my unit the first thing he asked was "how is your mom" and I thought that was very sweet. He also knew it was me and used my name when I got there. Great customer service!

Easy and convenient. Nick in the office was helpful and professional. The storage unit has an elevator and plenty of hand carts to make things easier. The office was clean and there is a bathroom on site.

Their website made it easy to just reserve a space and just had to come in real quick to do some things and I got my storage space. It's cheaper to get a spot online than in person. The service was great was greeted right away and had me into my storage unit right away
