Lori is a storage God! I love the service she provided every month when I stopped by and she always goes over and above to take care of me. Everyone always cries about the rent increase.... hey pay the extra $5 a month or get your stuff out easy as that. But all I can say is if you need a good person to rely on in this line of business call Lori at this location.

We were customers for over 10 years and suffered through the incredibly high and frequent rate hikes. The employees are nice and courteous, however, the manager is horrible. When asked if she could possibly lower or waive the latest hike, she said that was not possible and there was nothing to be done. She is bitter and seems worn out from working for such a dreadful company in a dead end job. We were finally able to leave this facility.

I've had a great experience renting a small storage unit from A-1 Self Storage in Lakeside. It was super easy to reserve a space online, and someone called right away to confirm. When I took my boxes today to check in, I was impressed by the highly professional, helpful staff and thorough protocol to ensure safety and security. Also, the facilities are spotless. I feel very confident about this facility.

I had a unit there for a little over 3 months and didn't know when I was moving out so I paid the monthly bill the. Moved out with 20 days left and "NO" refund for the remaining days paid. Just and FYI to all the storage renters out there, really terrible business practices A1 storage!!!!! That was orignal review then he called the district manager and it was refunded, thank you very much a1!!!!!
