I have used a lot of storage units back in my day as a college student, but this storage unit has to be the worst possible storage unit place EVER. 1 - ALARMS Why are there alarms in place that go off seemingly at random? I was never told about this, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I went to move an item out or put an item in, this LOUD ASS ALARM would always go off and scare the ever-loving life out of me. RATS RATS RATS! I've been trying to get ahold of the owner for weeks due to the copious amounts of rat poop and damage in my storage unit. The manger told me because I didn't have a protection package the furniture that has been chewed up, stained and soaked in rat feces is pretty much my problem. I did not have food in the unit; they do not maintain the grounds.
Went here on a whim after researching other places and they fell thru to meet my needs. Walked in and Jesus is one amazing guy. Hooked me right up with exactly what I needed in less than 30mins! Pros: Availability, access hours, security, A+++ customer service Cons: nothing of their fault but area has randoms hanging around Jesus made that great of an impression that I trusted his business with my belongings. THANK YOU!!!

David was extremely helpful and kind. He walked me through the payments and showed me around the property. He mentioned the location has cameras and an alarm that goes off in your unit if your code isn't punched in at the gate when you enter. The location itself looked extremely clean, I did not see people loitering, and the outside of the property seemed welcoming.

My family and I decided to use this storage to hold our personal belongings since we did not have enough room in our household. We had shoes, clothes, tablets, phones and my sons expensive car toys. We did not plan to use the storage for long but since we had heard good things about this one in particular we decided to rent a space.
