Have been storing my home here since last April when I got the sudden news that my father's illness was terminal & that he needed my help on the other coast. Everyone is so helpful at this location- especially the manager David ! He's always been polite, helpful and kind, even when I was not the most ideal customer. Place is safe & affordable- so grateful to be storing here!

Got my tv's and jewelry stolen from my unit. When I alerted them to let them know they weren't helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend it. Every time I went in the girl at the front had her feet kicked up and was on the phone or was eating there with a group of friends. Unprofessional.
Great place was looking somewhere to store some of my house stuff and found this storage place. Was easy to find and the customer rep Crystal was extremely helpful as well getting me the best deal for my storage place. It's very lit and clean with alarms etc also. Don't forget the free boxes!!

I wanted to share my experience with A1 Storage very unhappy. I had a unit with them for over a year and everything was great up in till last month when we paid for the unit and then decided to go rearrange things inside our unit. We realized that something was off when on our chase there was a boot foot print we dusted off and kept cleaning it out when it was half way clean we realized that we were missing our two TV's.
