Crystal helped us out and walked us through the process with no problem at all. Amazing rate for our storage and we got our paperwork done in under ten minutes.
Gotta admit, this place is quite a friendly place. Didn't have any hassle finding a unit, or going through the paperwork. They were able to accommodate my needs, and were even able to upgrade my storage unit at an excellent price, when I realized the one I had wasn't enough. David and Crystal are really friendly and welcoming. Not sure how long I'll be needing their services for, but I can honestly tell you, I don't forsee any issues with this location at all.
David provides the absolute best customer service and will do everything to help. I live in Newport Beach, but rates and service here are so good, it's worth the drive.
Safe, clean,convenient hours. I've never had an upstairs storage unit before. I was hesitant but found that that the flatbed cart that is provided with the lift , it works out great! Highly recommend !
Clean place, but after the first month they raised my rent. I was pissed! Looking for another storage place. Raising rent after the first month, not cool. Be Careful with these people and their tricks.
Nice, clean facilities. My storage unit is inside the building and upstairs. I had many big and heavy items that needed to be stored, and they have a lift to get all your belongings up to the second floor. A1 storage made it easy for me, and I thank them for that!
