Stopped into A-1 randomly today to ask some questions and see some different storage size options. Johnakin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I walked out with a new storage unit! Amazing location. Right off the freeway for easy access. Easy startup. Ordered a unit online and went in and saw Johnakin and he helped me with all my needs.
I just stopped by to get a storage unit and everything went smoothly. Johnakin showed me the available units and he was knowledgeable and helpful.
All I can do is relate what happened to me at A1 storage on Spring street. I had multiple items stolen on multiple breeches of the security lock which management provided me. I do not know how the lock was breeched or when, but I do have pictures of the items stolen. I filed two police reports with the LaMesa PD and was later called by the SD PD in South Bay to verify some of my stuff which they recovered. I verified the stuff they recovered was mine. These guys are great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the building is very secure. Overall a great place to store your stuff!
