They were very helpful and polite in getting me setup with a rental storage! Would definitely go to them again with any storage needs.

We were greeted warmly by Ariana upon arrival. Based on previous Yelp reviews, this was our first choice, and we are so happy with this decision. Ariana provided us with excellent customer service. We rented today and will be able to use our unit today. How easy is that? The facility is spotless, and the grounds are very secure. We highly recommend the Spring Street location!

We called to inquire about renting a small storage space and spoke to a very friendly and helpful person named Patti. She told us about the different size units and their going rates, and any promotions. She also sent us a link showing us the sizes of each unit, which was particularly useful for us as we were not sure what could actually fit in each unit. We decided on one and reserved it, and will go in tomorrow to formally rent it. Thank you, Patti!!!
