All I can do is relate what happened to me at A1 storage on Spring street. I had multiple items stolen on multiple breeches of the security lock which management provided me. I do not know how the lock was breeched or when, but I do have pictures of the items stolen. I filed two police reports with the LaMesa PD and was later called by the SD PD in South Bay to verify some of my stuff which they recovered. I verified the stuff they recovered was mine. After speaking with you I did a complete review of the entire situation which included discussions with you, discussions with multiple staff members and a review of the gate and door activity for your unit as well as review of video footage on the property. These guys are great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the building is very secure. Overall a great place to store your stuff!

A-1 storage off spring st are life savers! I needed to upgrade my unit on the day of my move and Johnakin was able to find me the best size and price. Checkin was a breeze and I was in and out in no time.

Friendly staff and was able to get back to sd and close after clearing storage in 1 day. I did give them a week notice but they saw me come and was clean and a hatful for easy and access and late hrs
