Just got storage short term- LULU who was behind the desk was so helpful- there's a bunch of units- and I don't know how she remembers which units are available and which are not- it is clear that she cares about making sure that we code in and out even when the gate is opened to monitor who is coming in and out of the property. The place is clean, and Lulu runs a tight ship. Very friendly- got the first month FREE and I checked in to be gifted 3 boxes. A-1 Self Storage on Spring Street is a spotless facility with great customer service. Lulu showed me the available location for the size we needed. As we were walking to the unit Lulu explained the access in and out of the facility and the hours of operation. I feel very comfortable with the Security the facility provides. Lulu and all the staff are very professional and take the time to answer all questions you might have. It's so refreshing to receive such great customer service!
