Great facility, great staff, great experience. They listened to what our situation was, didn't try to upsell us on more space or features than we needed. After seeing a unit, we were able to quickly and easily secure it online and set up automatic billing. Facility is updated and well kept, and I feel very secure keeping our most important belongings here.
I called office of A1 Self Storage In North Hollywood on Vanowen. I was in need of a storage and the Diane and Carolina were very professional in helping me in getting a unit. I was able to make a appointment the same exact day and get my unit the same day. Diane was very informative in all the policies and how things work. I really appreciate coming in and welcome. My experience was very easy and and I recommend this place.

After an apartment fire, once our belongings were recovered, my husband and I needed a storage unit. We also needed kindness, and we got that a thousand times over from the A-1 manager, Yabone Garcia. He worked with us on the dates we needed and the size we needed, and he always made us feel welcome, as if we were at a small, family-run business. I was so pleasantly surprised at how well run this facility is. The place opened exactly on time, the employees have been knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I found the storage units to be very clean and well kept. The security is important to me, and I felt extremely safe at this facility. I highly recommend.
I've had several storage units but A-1 is the best experience I've dealt with. The units are much cleaner, the building is new and everything looks as if its clean enough to eat off of. I hate putting things in storage and they collect so much dust as past places did. So far no dust or spiderwebs anywhere. The price is extremely cheap. The same size unit is 40% more expensive at other Storage units in the area. That doesnt make sense but ok. I would highly recommend A-1. My best experience so far.
