Safe and clean storage unit! Ive been using A-1 for years now and they have been so amazing! All of my things feel safe and secure here.

Yabone and Diane were so kind and helpful in answering all of my questions and getting me into a great unit that is just right for my needs! The facilities are clean and well-kept and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My main concerns with a storage unit were that the prices don't increase constantly and A-1 is the best with that with their rates only increasing after 6 months and after that 10-12 months which is better than anyone else out there. Great storage, clean, great hours. Carolina and Yabone made it an easy process I recommend this place.
After visiting another location that didn't have what we needed (but that also had excellent customer service- A1 self storage in Glendale: ask for James!), we decided to come here. Carolina was beyond helpful and sweet. 10/10 for customer service! We found what we were looking for at a fair price. Carolina was very efficient and we were able to move our stuff in right away. The facility itself is clean, new and feels very safe. We're happy we found this place!
Diane was wonderful! She was very friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me a thorough tour of the unit. Highly recommend this place! A+++
