This is not my first time having A-1 as my choice for storage. Let me tell you I worked with Jojo and had great stress free joyful interaction.I got to see my storage unit before I did any paperwork, was shown the both elevators and where to locate carts to help with getting my very items in and locked up securely. The facility is clean well lite and like I said staff is great. So glad to be back with A-1. Would never had left if I didn’t move out of town with no A-1 around. I just moved out of this A-1 Storage today, but definitely not because of their customer service. Staff has always been courteous and friendly. I have never had any issues in the several years I have had my storage unit here. The gentleman that helped me close out my account today was very helpful and even though I asked for a broom to finish cleaning out my unit, he insisted that he would take care of it.
Great customer service dealing with the staff, awesome atmosphere. The property is clean and well kept.
Great. The storage was clean and easily accessible. It was more expensive that I would have liked and they kept raising the rent. That was not good because they were offering deals to first time renters. That is not fair. But the storage itself was good.
