While I am not an expert on storage facilities, I have rented at a few in the last 10 years. This San Jose Facility is by far the cleanest and in an ideal location. From floor to celing, the unit was spotless when I moved in. Corina is the most friendly office manager and her customer service is superb. The security is comforting and I personally feel safe at this facility. I know my personal belonging are safe as well. I will not rent anywhere else and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a unit.

I can't say enough good about this facility. From the wonderful staff (Corina) to the security, to the cleanliness of the grounds. The customer service is wonderful and there are many extra amenities that you do not get with other storage places. I feel 100% safe with my stuff here, and would recommend it to anyone.

The facility and staff at A1 are outstanding! Corina, specifically, is always helpful and courteous. The grounds are kept clean and you really feel like your stored items are in a safe environment. The monthly rental fees are competitive and paying your bill is a snap online or at the kiosk. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone in need of these serv

I highly recommend this storage facility. The staff is AMAZING. We have a business and have been renting multiple units from them for years. We never have to worry about security of our stored items. Unlike other storage companies, their security system is state of the art. This particular A-1 is ALWAYS clean. They have competitive pricing and the facility looks brand new. Beware! I thought it was a safe storage since you need an access code to get in and they have cameras, but I was wrong. The cameras they have installed are really bad quality and the video footage is so pixelated. If they really cared about their customers, they would upgrade these ancient devices. After a group of men broke into our storage unit, we were not allowed to see the video footage from their cameras unless a police officer came to their office and requested it. Terrible experience with the staff here after someone broke into our storage and stole personal belongings. The security is also a joke no security but a few cameras only on the outside. Please think before to store your belongings here only option they have is to relocate and file a police report. What a joke for what everyone pays they should be able to hire an overnight security.

A-1 self storage has been amazing. I've never rented or seen a self storage unit before in real life.. never knew the process of how to open one or how big one is. Corina was so helpful in taking me around the premises to see how a 10x10 looked like and was so knowledgeable. She was so sympathetic and empathetic to what I was dealing with. Losing both my parents in such a short amount of time .. and not ready to go through their things yet.. so decided to look into renting a storage space. They provided great customer service and always worked on my payments with me and had great elevator access and storage space with a good security locks to keep your stuff safe.
