While I am not an expert on storage facilities, I have rented at a few in the last 10 years. This San Jose Facility is by far the cleanest and in an ideal location. From floor to celing, the unit was spotless when I moved in. Corina is the most friendly office manager and her customer service is superb. The security is comforting and I personally feel safe at this facility. I know my personal belonging are safe as well. I will not rent anywhere else and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a unit.
I can't say enough good about this facility. From the wonderful staff (Corina) to the security, to the cleanliness of the grounds. The customer service is wonderful and there are many extra amenities that you do not get with other storage places. I feel 100% safe with my stuff here, and would recommend it to anyone.
The facility and staff at A1 are outstanding! Corina, specifically, is always helpful and courteous. The grounds are kept clean and you really feel like your stored items are in a safe environment. I highly recommend this storage facility. The staff is AMAZING. We have a business and have been renting multiple units from them for years. We never have to worry about security of our stored items. Unlike other storage companies, their security system is state of the art. This particular A-1 is ALWAYS clean. They have competitive pricing and the facility looks brand new.
