The cooler was not cooling unit as expected. I am not sure about pricing. Personal service was great and supportive.
Positive experience
Cactus did a fantastic job. He showed us the units that we wanted to see and was able to get our unit ready for move in same day (if we wanted). There were a couple technical issues during the process, but he did a good job at handling those. Shout out to Omar for assisting when needed. We appreciate the help!
Kept storage safe and secure.
The storage facility is kept super clean and maintained. Omar is the key factor at this place. He is very professional, informative, helpful and is so kind. He made me feel comfortable and safe. He is very helpful in helping you decide what size storage you need and is overall welcoming. I’d high recommend this place for storage.
Had trouble with blue tooth. You explained how I didn’t quite lock it and it wouldn’t open. Coming in the front gate with blue tooth was fine.,,Didn’t have to open my window and put my phone number in!
We were very pleased with our decision to choose A Family Storage. We were very confident with the security. We had 2 times when we didn't lock our storage and Omar gave us a call almost immediately after we left and said you forgot to close your storage. He was always on top of security. Also very pleasant to work with- answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend A Family Storage.
