Positive, great facilities. Love the technology. Negative, already increased my rate by 31% within 3 months of signing up.
Considering the monthly cost, the unit was terrible. Everything in our unit was covered with dirt, dust and spider webs. We understand that it was an outside access unit, but it was way too expensive to deal with the filth all over our belongings. Finally had a chance to investigate other options/facilities and found that we were REALLY overpaying.
