I didn't like the frequent rate increases.
A storage unit is nothing special…..just a space to keep your stuff in. What makes the difference is the people. The gentleman who manages your location in Tucson on S Kolb Road near Escalante is very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Always able to answer questions and help with concerns, he is appreciated. The one negative is the price increase. I have no idea how much other storage facilities charge but your most recent price increase was enough to make me clean out the unit. Rick was great. Especially when my unit didn't lock and it was opened and he called to inform me. The only thing I didn’t like was how my unit price increased.
