I didn't like the frequent rate increases.
A storage unit is nothing special…..just a space to keep your stuff in. What makes the difference is the people. The gentleman who manages your location in Tucson on S Kolb Road near Escalante is very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Always able to answer questions and help with concerns, he is appreciated. The one negative is the price increase. I have no idea how much other storage facilities charge but your most recent price increase was enough to make me clean out the unit.
