So you want to hear our experience. Well, let me tell you A family storage has completely let us down. Never once have we missed a bill. Never once missed any updates needed for them, such as new insurance or updating our autopay. We have been solid patrons for over 3 years. But here's the catch, not only did we get broken into once, but we got broken into twice due to their negligence. They told us they would rectify the situation. We got broken into on 9/11, then, I received a call on 11/25 that it was broken into AGAIN!..... read more
Manager and staff amazing could not ask for more but your price increase EACH year is crazy. I gave up one of my lockers because of price inceases That is a shame because staff members are really good!
I have tried atheist 10 time to complete my rental of a new unit and it will not take my state ID. So I have to go in and finish it up not sure if I have to pay the extra money yet.
