I received a call from the receptionist Jenn who was very rude and talked over me several times. I spoke with Lyndsay " manager " as well who did not help the situation but added to it. The way that I was spoken to and what was being demanded from me due to an error on there end was unacceptable. My child's chart/ history being pulled was unacceptable and I was offended. While no one likes to receive notice of failure fees, and we do our very best to make sure patients are aware of all upcoming appointments, there comes a time when we simply have to enforce our policies after repeated missed appointments. RecommendedWe have been seeing Dr McDonald for the last 9 years and we appreciate that he is considered and patience with our son who has special needs. Even though we need extra time for our son, we never feel rush during appointment. We are happy with the quality of service and would recommend this place to anyone.

RecommendedALL of the folks who work there are great with kids! my youngest had a terrible experience with a previous dentist a few years ago and I thought she may never feel safe around a dentist again and Dr. McDonald changed that for her. She now has no fear visiting the dentist office at all!!
RecommendedFriendly staff & they are wonderful with my kids, age 2 & 3. They even fit my newborn in at the last minute to be assessed for a tongue tie!

RecommendedI love our dentist office! They are so patient and knowledgeable with my four boys. I love that I can get all four in at the same time. The kids love the balloon swords they get after their appointment. And Dr. Escobar is so calm with each kid! We’ve also seen Dr. McDonald and been very happy with him too!
