My son loves going to the dentist for his cleanings. He is always so excited. They are really good here. Would've given 5 stars but had an issue with the privacy thing. When two parents are separated and the mother has full custody , I don't think the father should be able to call and find out insurance information or payments. I asked them politely not to share anything and they responded with " we have an attorney who works for us too. So we're allowed to share this". Really disappointed with that. Been taking my kids here for about 7years. Amazing doctors, incredible staff, great cavity free incentive program. My kids love going and the balloon animals they make are super cool!
Always a great experience here at A Kids Place Dentistry! I'm also in the Dental field, and know an excellent dental team when I see one! Dr. McDonald and Angie make the perfect team!
We LOVE Dr. McDonald! He's great with kids & parents. The huge twists are also great! We've continued going here even after moving out of Renton.
Dr. McDonald is amazing, he so wonderful with children. We have been going to him for 9 years now. My son has autism and he actually loves going to see him and his staff. I know this is due to the way they treat him. Even having dental procedures that an adult would cringe at my son still gets excited to talk to him and see him. I would recommend his practice to anyone and everyone!
Grayson had a fantastic first dental visit! He absolutely loved Ashely and Dr McDonald. They were able to clean his teeth, fluoride, X-rays and his temporary filling (and he's only 3!) From one dental professional to another I'm impressed! His older brother comes next week. Grayson was elated he got his favorite color toothbrush- pink! Thank you to Vicky as well for scheduling and being an attentive listener. �
If you just moved to the area or have been here for a while and need to change dentists I encourage you to go here. My eldest kids go here and actually enjoy the appointment. Fun technicians, a play room while you wait, recent movies for the kids during the appointment and a balloon to go home with. Dr McDonald is super professional and my kids both warmed to him immediately. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!
