This was our second experience within six weeks. It both instances Alex took care of us. He replaced our kitchen floor which was very nice. But today, he repaired part of our dining room floor. First, he comes in, we had a short conversation - he was prepped in advance as to what needed to be done. Together we went over the job and I left him. About an hour or so later he was finished. Jonathan and the team helped us find the floor we didn’t even know we wanted when the one we selected was no longer being manufactured. We ended up loving the ones they helped us find in their store more than the first option. Chris and Shaun were very attentive and any request we had were all met. Some may prefer wood but if your between wood and vinyl , go vinyl. Looks and feels just like real wood without the maintenance or headache. We ordered an area rug with padding. The rug was beautifully bound and the padding fit perfectly. Quality at a good price!

Like the review from Nicole, I had a flooded family room about 4 years ago. A Plus came out and did a fantastic job at reasonable price with carpet in the basement. Just had them replace the laminate in my kitchen with engineered tile. Then they came back, ripped up the carpeting in the living room, hallway and stairs, sanded the hardwoods and refinished them. It looks wonderful. Totally satisfied! Will definitely have them back to do back bedrooms. Quality work, good price!

These guys are superstars! Angelina and Eric are an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. I cannot imagine going to anyone else! They are courteous, very customer focused, and get the job done. Highly recommended!

Last week, (8/26-8/28) Juan and his crew refinished the original 90+ year old hardwoods on my first floor, stairs, and second floor landing. The floors weren't in terrible shape, but they'd seen better days for sure. The finished product is outstanding; absolutely exceeded my expectations. In addition, the crew did a great job taping off adjacent rooms, so there was little to no dust cleanup. I'm pleased and impressed.
