A plus just did a job for me that was a little confusing... they didn’t make me feel like I was asking to much!!! Everyone I talked with was so friendly and obliging... I thought this was way to easy... something is going to go wrong! But it only got better!!! When my rug was delivered not only did they do a beautiful job on my rug they brought the pad I needed cut to the exact right size!!!! A+ did an outstanding job! Your installation crew arrived on time and were very efficient. I believe the lead installer was named Tony. He knew exactly what to do and answered all of my questions and responded to all of my requests. The flooring looked perfect when they were finished!
Just a wonderful experience getting the whole house hardwood floors done with A plus. Jonathan was very prompt in giving the estimate and followed up to answer or modify things we thought of later on.
