not charging 500 hundred dollars for a cheap blower motor/'service charge while I was away. Talk about these scam artists you see on tv, these scumbags have no shame, Have the billing statement and experts quote me the real price from FOX 2. so all can see never to do business with these crooks
I am beyond words with how this company, especially the owner converses with their customers. Very RUDE and not professional to say the least. I will not go into complete detail because it is a very long story, but bottom line is he got loud with me and hung up on me.
No even sure if the parts guy speaks English as all he did was basically grunt at me when I asked him about a part, this was after waiting for him to show up for about 10 min and a service tech having to go find him.
I called at 10 and was told a couple of hours. I called at 12:20 and was told again a couple of hrs. With parents who are 81 & 83, having them in a cold house is upsetting and the rep was rude and unsympathetic. Not a good experience for not even getting service.
By far the worst customer service. We called at 8:00 pm when heatet went out. Showed up 9:00 dragged went snow all through the house charged me 100.00 service call to tell me he doesnt have correct part. Promise to be back by 9:30 am with corrct part. It is now 1:30 and still have not shown. I have a 3 month old baby that just got out of the hospital with RVS and bronchitis but we are not a priority for them.
