They didn't use foot protection, dragging in dirt ,scraped my walls, threw tools on my floor damaging the floor, took my folding chairs and use them like they own the place, very disrespectful, wouldn't listen when I asked them not to throw there tools on the floor, told them they should ask me before taking my chairs that I had packed away from the up and coming winter, had to come back a few times because the job was not done right, I will never use the again.

I am beyond words with how this company, especially the owner converses with their customers. Very RUDE and not professional to say the least. I will not go into complete detail because it is a very long story, but bottom line is he got loud with me and hung up on me.
No even sure if the parts guy speaks English as all he did was basically grunt at me when I asked him about a part, this was after waiting for him to show up for about 10 min and a service tech having to go find him.
