I called at 10 and was told a couple of hours. I called at 12:20 and was told again a couple of hrs. With parents who are 81 & 83, having them in a cold house is upsetting and the rep was rude and unsympathetic. Not a good experience for not even getting service.

By far the worst customer service. We called at 8:00 pm when heatet went out. Showed up 9:00 dragged went snow all through the house charged me 100.00 service call to tell me he doesnt have correct part. Promise to be back by 9:30 am with corrct part. It is now 1:30 and still have not shown. I have a 3 month old baby that just got out of the hospital with RVS and bronchitis but we are not a priority for them.

My experience was just ok with A to Z. I received a new high efficiency furnace and A/C install and water heater. I was hoping that by spending so much money I would receive top line service but it was just ok. To start, I chose A to Z because their quoted price was guaranteed and overall it saved me at least $500 compared to the other companies I got quotes from and their new equipment came with a good warranty (part and service) so that is a big plus. I called for a bid on two furnaces and two a/c units. Was told someone would call to set up an estimate. That didn't happen..

I called on Sept. 7th to have someone come out to give a estimate on replacing duct work, I was told someone will come out on the 8th and will call when they are on their way. So I got up at 8am and waited all day and around 5:21pm I called and after hours told me that they can take all day to complete estimates. It's now past 12am on the 9th and no show no call from a to z. I will be calling once I get up from sleeping.

I didn't have a great experience at first. Christina came in and "looked" at why my a/c was leaking in my basement. She said it was just the filter and charged us 152$ for it. Not even a week later I had even more water pouring out into my basement. Thankfully Ryan came after hours and actually looked for the issue. Our pipes were completely clogged. Called this morning to get a price on replacing the gas line on my dryer which I broke the previous night and was told there were not doing gas line repair jobs because they were much too busy doing AC repairs and replacements. I was going to ask for an estimate on a new Central Air unit, but since there are too busy to help me out I guess I'll have to go somewhere else. They did such a great job installing our hot water tank back in January .
