I have been interested in a fixed generator since I lost power for a week after Hurricane Rita in 2005. I have been pricing them since 2011 but they were always way outside of my budget. After recent storms, I tried again and Andrew from A&A GenPro responded immediately (the contractor from one of my previous quotes took weeks to respond and by then it was too late). When the city gave us problems getting the permit, A&A GenPro worked with the city and us and gave us options on how we could proceed.

Great job overall. Poor communication as to outside contractor,s needs. Unit needed special connector and regulator that was not conveyed to me causing a few anxious moments with plumber & gas company. Actually got hooked up without necessary regulator. with smaller gas co. regulator leaving the possibility of insufficient gas supply.Hopefully we All learned something from this adventure.
They did what they said they were going to do on-time. There are a few steps for the permit, delivery, electrical, gas hookup and test. All was competed in two weeks and when they said it would be done. Good communications.

Scott is a pleasant person with vast electrical knowledge. He's finicky when it comes to managing the job. I would highly recommend this company. They are truly professionals.
I attempted to set up service at serveral places before GenPro, they were the first to show up when they said they would. Also, they had a promotion at the time so they were cheaper than the competition by $20. Overall, from scheduling to payment, it was a painless process with no surprises.
