performed work in professional and timely manner. system works as expected without any problem, provided training after the install, registered the equipment for warranty and provided an extended warranty with service being provided every 6 months.
They were on time and very profesanal, top notch service and equipment
On time, clean up after work, every nice, work completed fast. Very pleased.
Purchasing a generator from them may not be an issue because they are trying to sell you a generator that costs thousands of dollars, but BEWARE, the after sales-service and annual maintenance is something else. They have a particular tech named Bob who not just has an attitude, but actually did not perform the service he was assigned to, and had the guts to actually updated the service log that major service had been performed. We were unable to preform the regularly scheduled oil change for this client. Due to a series of poor communication conversations internally and with the customer, a misunderstanding had developed. This was on whether the oil had been changed or not. We are regretful for this confusion and were able to resolve the clients complaint by returning a few days later to perform the previously scheduled service call.
