performed work in professional and timely manner. system works as expected without any problem, provided training after the install, registered the equipment for warranty and provided an extended warranty with service being provided every 6 months.
They were on time and very profesanal, top notch service and equipment
On time, clean up after work, every nice, work completed fast. Very pleased.
Purchasing a generator from them may not be an issue because they are trying to sell you a generator that costs thousands of dollars, but BEWARE, the after sales-service and annual maintenance is something else. They have a particular tech named Bob who not just has an attitude, but actually did not perform the service he was assigned to, and had the guts to actually updated the service log that major service had been performed. Good work and service, but the price was pretty much "MSRP".
