Really appreciated how communicative Aaron and team was through the whole refi process. As a self employed business owner, with owner financed real estate in a flood zone I knew our refi might be tricky. From the first call I could tell he had a lot of knowledge with the process and was really upfront about everything. This is my third time using Aaron and his team at Capstone Home Loans. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the refinance and purchasing arena. He took time to explain everything in a manner that I could understand not being in the same field. Aaron Germaine spent a great deal of time and care preparing our documents and walked us thru every step of the process. He actually needed to step out of the office for a day or two but, put us in just as quality hands in his while he was away. If you are thinking about refinancing or purchasing a house don't hesitate to work with Aaron and his team. they will run the number for you and make sure it make sense for you.
