Aaron and his team personally did a great job with our recent refinance. I had been contemplating refinancing our home because the rates were going down. Aaron just happened to send a monthly newsletter that was the nudge I needed to give him a call. Aaron made buying my first home a breeze! From the initial meeting to answering a multitude of questions at all times of day from me Aaron was there to help. His assistant was easy to work with and helped guide me through the entire process. In the end we were able to close on time with no hiccups! I would definitely use Aaron again for any future home purchases I may make!
Aaron was able to stem my fears of being a first time home-buyer. When I became discouraged because I couldn't raise my FICO (even though I was paying on time), he helped me gain a firm hold onto my financials so I could qualify easier and within 2 months of following his suggestions, my scores started rising! I've purchased three homes now and Aaron by far has been the best Loan officer I have had. He is always available to answer any questions, even on Sundays! Not only that he is extremely knowledgeable in the market, but explains things in words that I can understand. I could not say enough good things about my experience with him. If your looking to refi or buy a new home you can't go wrong with Aaron. Its very seldom I write good reviews but this is one of those occasions.
