Earlier in the year we had Abbey Design Center replace all of our carpeting and noticed that the store offered so much more with lots of layouts for bathrooms. They did such an outstanding job with the carpet installation that we asked for help with a Master Bathroom remodel. Zee has assisted us on projects involving multiple properties, including: new hardwood flooring, carpeting, ceramic tile, and kitchen remodeling. After shopping around and comparing prices, we decided to work with Abbey Design Center to upgrade our town home in Sterling. The first part of the upgrade was installing wood floors in 3 bedrooms, second floor landing, stairway, and new carpet in the basement. Despite changes in our move in date, Abbey Design were flexible and their team were able to complete our floors in time for us to move into our home. This was our second time using Abbey Design Center. Jimmy Nazem, the project manager helped us with the product selection, payment schedule, and provided highly detailed specifications on the planning and design for our master bathroom. He kept in contact with us from when we initially signed the paperwork till after the job was finished to ensure we were completely satisfied. We have been working with Jimmy with several project going on in our home. He has been a great help through out our project. He always answers our phone calls promptly and addressed any question or concern we had. We will recommend Abbey's design to anyone who is planing on home improvement.
We chose Abbey Design in Sterling because they offered a complete package: tile, granite, plumbing and carpet and at a competitive price. We worked with Jimmy Nazem, who was extremely attentive and handled all of the details for us in an expedient and efficient manner. All technicians were polite, considerate and neat with their work. We would definitely recommend them and will use them for future projects.
This is our second project with Abbey Design Center. When it came time to remodel our master bath we solicited several bids and Abbey came in with a competitive offer. I had carpet put down by Abbey Design Center out of Leesburg. They did a tremendous job. From the initial sales consult to the installation it was all very easy and professional. The crew worked very well and efficiently and got the job done much faster than I expected and even did a terrific job putting the furniture back into the room. All and all a perfect experience and I will use them again.
We recently did a major master bathroom renovation and used Abbey Design Center - specifically Julie Maoury! She did a great job working with my husband and I to design the PERFECT master bathroom retreat. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable! The work crews were very efficient and stayed completely ON schedule! They made sure we were pleased with the final product and we are. I'm in love with my new master bathroom!
