Buyer beware of bait and switch tactics with this dealer.... Buyer beware of bait and switch tactics with this dealer. The dealer advertises one price on the internet listing a car as certified pre-owned, however when you offer to buy the car at the advertised price the dealer said it charges another $995.00 for the certification that was advertised and listed in the car features and options. I believe this action is illegal.

Extremely unprofessional, employees began to argue loudly, cussing and yelling at each other in the publics view. Misinformed, approvals disapproved over night, every step of the buying process was exhausting. The vehicle had been modified and was in an accident. I told the salesman I did not like the car. They asked how my credit was. I told them between all three agencies between 712 and 720 score. i went online to see their prices on a 2 nissan altimas... i went online to see their prices on a 2 nissan altimas and a 350z. They have "bait and switch" practices going on there. The price of the Nissan altima I test drove was on cars.com and their own website at a price of 18,900 dollars, the ACTUAL price was 23,400. The other nissan altima was priced deceptive off like 7000 dollars. The 350z was said online on both websites to have 37k miles, but ACTUALLY had 110k. Horrible Worst experience I have ever had shopping for a car. Went in on internet price only to have 3 different salesmen try to sell me on options that were already on the car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER!
Customer service in the service dept sucks the service... Customer service in the service dept sucks the service writer didn't even want to talk to me when I brought my car in for service and told me it'd be about 3 hours for an oil change and hardly anyone was there and there were no cars in the dropoff bay.
