Brought in because of great advertising to find it was false advert sales rep says locking lug nuts cost $2000 manager rude and told us their adds were the same as every one else's but his said you could buy a new car for $15 but never mentions the extra $3000 in fees on top of the traditional tax title etc and that the "discounts" are not available to everyone dispite the ad saying so refused to apologize and was extremely rude

Great Salesman - Too bad about the hidden fees.... My husband and I found the perfect used car through Cars.com. The car was located at ABC Nissan, so I sent an email through the website to be contacted. Chris Warner called and was super helpful and very friendly. He was very up front with the questions I asked, and we made an appointment to head out and take a look at the car. All through the test drive and the beginning paperwork things were great. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My husband kids and I were searching for a new car we stopped in to see what deals were going on since I heard of 0% for 60 months on their commercials. Well, 3 hours later we had been given a price quote of $10,000 higher than the internet price as well as 6% interest. We battled it out for an hour or so later until we told them no way. I arrived at this dealership on a Saturday. At first... I arrived at this dealership on a Saturday. At first interaction, the staff were very attentive and helpful. After I Signed the papers, it was a whole different ball game. Granted, the check engine light was on when I bought the car (2009 model year), they assured me it was probably just a sensor and would replace it. False Advertising Completely fraudulent advertising. They advertise super low prices that nobody could ever qualify for. Additionally, they dont state everything you must do in order to qualify in the ad. I was about to book a flight to come to phoenix and buy a car and only have multiple prodding, did the internet manager fess up about the truth.

Concerned Customer I am a first time buyer from ABC Nissan and my experience was very disappointing . I purchased two vehicles from the 2013 Memorial Day Event. One of the vehicles that I purchased was a pre-owned Versa for my younger sister who is starting her adventure in college. When informing the salesman of what I was looking for, I told him that I wanted a 5 speed car that was good on gas, safe and would be good for the mountains since my sister will have to drive 2 hours to NAU in August.
