No pressure Sarah was amazing and on top of her game from beginning to end and I didn't even go to buy a car just visiting with a friend who purchased at Hertz down the street and wanted to compare. Tom Berra was also very professional and followed up on a few scratches on the new Rogue I ended upgrading. Sell of my new car Upper management isn’t the best but the sales man are incredible. Daniel canales happen to be my sales man and he did everything he could to help me leave with a car. Even tho I didn’t leave with the car I wanted because again upper management wouldn’t approve it I still left with a great deal that Daniel was able to get me. Services Mike was great. He was friendly and got our car back to us in a timely manner. All repairs with the exception were covered under the warranty.
Good, nothing exceeded expectations Bought car and had all service done previously at Jackie Cooper Nissan in Tulsa, OK. Dealer service center had better amenities and personable staff in Tulsa.. May try another dealer in Phoenix for next service to get another comparison point. On this and previous visit to body shop, seemed disorganized. No loaner was offered or ride home offered while service was completed. Oil change was done within e oected time frame.
Sarah Garcia is a Rock Star! We were forced to buy a new car due to our previous car being declared a total loss after an accident.
