New car I was very please with my salesman, Cameron Kolb. He was professional, explaining and answering my questions.. I had not had the pleasure of working with a salesman so concerned about selling the car that best suited me. Also Travis was helpful with the paperwork and considerate of time frame needed to complete it. My experience with ABC Nissan was a pleasant and positive exerperience. I love my car!
Friendly Professional Service Thank you to Craig from Service Dept @ ABC Nissan. I have multiple Nissan SUVs. Since before 2011 I've been receiving Great Friendly Professional Service from Craig. Oil change visit I've been coming to this dealership for the last year or so and and I have never had a bad a experience. Cisco has helped me the last two times, he's very friendly and makes sure he goes over everything that was done to your car and what you may need without being pushy about making a decision like other people I have encountered.
Great Customer Service Experience Ben and Keith did a great job repairing my Altima. The interaction was friendly, professional and completed quicker than expected. I especially liked how all of the repair options and prices were clearly detailed including which were covered by warranty and which were recommended but could be deferred. Overall a great experience and exceeded expectations!
Friendly and courteous, they made me feel good. We had a somewhat lengthy negotiation, but thru it all they bent enough to make me fell like I made a good deal through them. Also they had the exact vehicle that I wanted.
Regular maintenance Brought my Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and 6 month application of paint protection...service was outstanding as usual and I was out the door in approx 70 min way sooner than I had expected. My service advisor Eddie always goes above and beyond.
It was a good service this time and a excellent shuttle serv I took my car to another dealership and they didn't fix the problem so I bought it here and got excellent service and professionalism.
I WENT FROM "JUST LOOKING" TO BUYING (GLADLY) I really had no intention of buying a new car last week; I just wanted to see what new Nissan Jukes were going for. I was surprised to see how little pressure was applied, yet how quickly my attitude changed from looking to buying. The pricing was great and the .9% interest rate was awesome! I had a pleasant buying experience for possibly the first time in my life. I just turned 70, so that's saying a lot. Thanks Chris and Alan; oh and Juan, you did a fine job with the financing.
