Service was prompt and friendly. I did have to return to get my repair completed because of a lack of parts needed for the job but on my return I was taken care of immediately. Fast and friendly!

To date the service performed appears to be excellent. We do feel the suspension work was not necessary at this time. The service advisor was very professional. I was very disappointed that your body work department wouldn't take the time to walk across the lot to provide just a rough estimate of a repair I needed. Unbelievable to us.

Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The service manager shared the service report with me and provided me a copy. The length of service was reasonable. The dealership is located close to my house. The reception area is very clean and provides coffee as well as has vending machines.

2nd time in the little over a year that I have owned my Nissan that the alternator has been replaced. Are they giving me bad parts? If I have a new car under warranty I want new not used parts. What's up with Nissan and not having any alternators? Never had this problem with my Toyota's.
