Customer service rep knowledgeable. Car ready when promised. Only thing is that Nissan service a bit pricey. Coupons help.

Customer service wasn't the best. But mgmt quick to respond and assist. An extra zero was added to my odometer to say I had 97k miles when I had only 9764. That took a lot of time and a bunch of emails that said I was extremely late on services from carfax, oil chgs, etc. Which I wasn't. Carfax wouldn't let me fix, dealer had to fix.
