Kraig Angel = Excellent Customer Service I bought my Rogue from ABC Nissan in 2010 and started going to their service department for all scheduled maintenance. After a couple of unhappy experiences with other service advisors, I was assigned to Kraig. He is very knowledgeable, listens to his customers and keeps me informed at all stages. I have had a couple of repairs done under warranty that Kraig discovered - before I began having problems with the parts. I have referred several friends to Kraig - he is outstanding!
My experience at nissan I've had my vehicle for a while and go to nissan all the time. I didn't really have a main guy I did business with. But Vinny Whitaker is the guy I choose for now on.
Extremely Fast service I was traveling through the state when my transmission had given out. Francisco Lopez was very helpful knowing I was from out of state and needed to back on my way. He removed and installed a brand new Transmission im 09 Nissan Altima in the same day. He is definitely a life save. Thank you for your hard work.
