Great Experience at ABC Nissan. Fast, Efficient, Curtious Serviceing of my Nissan. I provided a $20.00 off coupon to my service writer after he presented me my total. He was kind and adjusted my bill. Once in my vehicle I noticed my final total was not $20.00 less than the original total. I'm sure ABC Nissan was using that New Math that came out years ago, I obviously still don't understand it.

They really Explained to me all the maintenance that needs to be accomplished with my car and provided all the pricing. And actually explained where the issues were coming from.

Recall for defective airbag. Took two tries. Made an appointment and showed up to be told they don't have the part and to set another appointment. Between appointments, I called the service number and asked if I could also get an oil change at the same time. The lady who answered said my service adviser wasn't available, however, she would take care of it. No mention of an oil change was made on my next visit, so I had it done elsewhere.
