This place is trash. They don’t care for their patients, you’ll always be just another number. You can’t even establish care with one single provider because they always switch up on you. My kids were dismissed as patients because I was not satisfied with the providers care and her error. HERS, not mine. Guess they don’t take criticism well and then they lie saying it was me who said I was transferring care. Zero stars !! I had a disgusting encounter with the OWNER MO . I was having problems with this clinic on claims for labs. I would always ask them to charge me anything the day of and they always say covered. I also call my insurance and they also tell me its covered . I had now issues with this office until now. I called to inform I was running late. Wait time for an appointment is always longer than a month so this appointment was for a wellness for my son. Got here late and doctor said my son couldn’t be seen. Even after many times my appointment time is changed without notifying me I figured they could see him. They are very concerned about having new clients and they do not even have space for patients who have already been with you for years, I called to make an appointment because my son has asthma and they do not gave me any, I called the nurse and I have to leave a message and She never call me back , the receptionists think you are asking them a favor, I'm going to change of clinic
Mal servicio , mala atención , si quieren clientes deberían ser más flexibles , aparte de eso si van hacer un examen deben pedir autorización de los papas , no solo hacer lo que se les da la gana a uds !!!
