Worse place ever. I have been calling since December to schedule an appointment. Every time I call they don't have any available. So I finally got an appointment with this clinic. I called yesterday to confirm my appointment, "I CALLED TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT " I never got a phone call from them. I get there they tell me my son is not registered with them and that I need to change it and give them the reference number. This call takes a couple of minutes. I was not satisfied with the service at all yesterday they did not took up my daughter for her checkup they had skipped her ,I only had problems with an employe in the front for not calling her up to her appointment.

Been going here for a couple years now didn't love it but was convenient. I have never in my life been parent shamed, until the new doctors came in. I will not be returning!!! We as parents deserve respect!!
I have been going to this doctors office for four years now. I am very unhappy with how the office has changed so much. Many of the staff members are new and I dont get smiles or helpful attitudes any more.I feel like the staff is so busy they forget about customer service and bedside manners.
I don't see the point of having a doctor appointment when your kid got sick that night, I mean if I knew that my child was gonna get sick over night I'm pretty sure I'll make a doctor appointment a week ahead. Makes no sense to have you waiting for almost 2 hours just to tell you they won't see your kid because their is no appointment which I let them know the moment I arrived

We are not a walk- in clinic but we always accommodate and prioritize children that are sick as we know their illness can be unpredictable. We advise that you call us as soon as your child is sick and we will give them a same day sick appointment. We reserve many same day sick slots for these circumstances.
I am shocked how this place is still in business. Their office policy is that if you are a new patient you must have an exam. My daughter had an exam in March and I confirmed that this was not her well exam b/c insurance only covers one per year and her birthday is not until September.I was assured this was not the case. Today, i get a call b/c my daughter has her 6 year old well exam tomorrow telling me that my insurance will not cover the visit b/c she already had an exam.
