I needed a washer repair. Called Able Appliance Repair and our service man Robert Gomez arrived promptly. Robert was very friendly and professional. Figured out the problem right away and my washer was up and running. I will definitely use Able Appliances again and request we get Robert again for our service.. Thank you Robert . Cindy Smith

Quick response within 2 hours. Showed us what was wrong with the dryer. Polite and courteous service tech. However the office people need to give the customer an estimate for the service call and the possible starting labor cost.

John came in diagnosed problems, told me exactly what he was going to do . What else needed to be done and how to get hardwood to get moisture out of it. Very knowledgeable!

Technician diagnosed the problem as soon as I described the issue. He made sure he had the necessary part on the truck before he came out. He was correct, fixed the problem quickly and the refrigerator has been working perfectly.
