On time, reasonably priced, professional technician, my refrigerator is cold... exactly what I wanted.
Derrick showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable on my refigerator. I didn’t realize that I needed to take everything out of the frig. He was very patient and helped unload it. He actual was able to diagnose the problem on the phone when I was giving him directions to the house. Repair cost was very reasonable. He explained the warranty. Overall great experience.,

Repair work was satisfactory, but service technician did not provide me a receipt reflecting work performed and payment received. I called the office to request a receipt, but none was provided.
Appointment was easy to schedule and Tim was great to work with. THANKS!
Able came out the next day after our fridge quit cooling. They knew what the problem was, got the new parts the same day, and got it fixed.
