Not the greatest experience... We used About Floors n More a few years ago and we had a couple reasons why I didn't rate it 5 stars. We did not have the greatest experience with the crew that came for the installation. The floors came out good but they just looked kinda dirty. When we brought it up they did respond to us and came out to try and make things right, but nothing really helped it. We did just recently notice that...

I'm always very pleased to work with Rick! Rick from About Floors n More, who I think is the manager of the stores, is definitely a 5/5. He's pretty much the only person I've dealt with, and he's great. The installers were not as customer service oriented as he was. We had three different installation crews to re-floor the whole house in three different sections because we had to keep moving the furniture. A couple of the guys were...

It was wonderful Everything About Floors n More did is absolutely spectacular--and that was probably one of the hardest working crews I'd ever seen. They were fantastic and there are absolutely no complaints. They were recommended by someone who used them and I took them because of that recommendation. I've also recommended them to others. They understand quality What I really liked about the guys over at About Floors n More is that they really understand the difference in the quality of carpet. We were looking at some cheaper carpet just to save some money and these guys really saved us from that. Great I was very happy with the quality of flooring I bought from About Floors n More. I bought flooring on two different occasions and it added up to a condo's worth. They provided an installer who was great and he finished the job within the window of time that they told me it would be finished.

These guys are wonderful. The guys over at About Floors n More were actually the second company we hired to fix the problems left by the first company we hired and they are just wonderful. The first company that we hired was just awful and their work was just as bad. These guys came right in and they fixed everything up for us and left everything significantly improved.
