Satisifed customer! I had About Floors n More come in to install a floor to match an existing floor. It turned out well, although there was a minor issue. We had to call them back to clean up some residue, but they took care of it. The installers could have done a better job cleaning up when they were done. I had an extremely happy ending! I picked out a carpet for my steps from About Floors n More. It was one of those classy upscale carpets for my home and it turned out to be wonderful; it was a good choice. The workmanship that was done in putting it in and laying the carpet down was fantastic- lots of attention to detail. Richard made it right, but the installers were very destructive. Not a great experience. Richard made it right in the end but I would tell people to make sure if at all possible be there when installers get there. They broke doors and did stuff they weren't supposed to do, which was rough because we had people moving in the next day. Richard made it right, which I am sure he wasn't happy about either. I would use him again too but I would just be there....

Very satisfied, would definitely use again This was my first time using About Floors n More, we purchased carpeting and installation from them. They provided personal assistance. It's not like going to a where house store and your'e on your own. They were there to help out from from start to finish. They were very professional knowledgeable. They have quality carpet, they helped me pick something out that was in my budget and...

They didn't wow me About Floors n More's prices were a little high, and the staff were just enough helpful. They knew a little bit about installation and flooring, but they didn't really go above and beyond in any way. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't use them, but I wouldn't not use them if I had to do more flooring.
