Quality service in a professional package Above All Hardwood Flooring & Carpet was established in 1996 with the vision and hard work of Chad LeMair & Frank Rusnacko. We are an innovative company based on communication and honesty. In 2008 we expanded our product offering and quickly earned respect among thousands of homeowners and top builders in the twin cities metro area. In choosing a new location for an expanded showroom, we chose to stay in Prior Lake to reinvest in the community.

Above All Flooring did an excellent job on our hardwood floors. They were super flexible and easy to work with and they even finished a whole day earlier than planned! The floors look brand new and we are very happy with them. Before and after pics shown 😊
Love Above All! Just had my carpet replaced and the process was seamless! I stopped by for recommendations and samples, received a quote very quickly, ordered the carpet and had it installed about a week later. The staff is amazing, the carpet feels so plush and looks great!
Excellent customer service! My wife and I went back and forth on a number of flooring options, and our sales rep Gary was always patient, helpful, and responsive. After we finally made a choice, the installation was on time and efficient. Gary's excellent customer service continued even after the installation as he helped us get a touch-up kit for the floors and stain to match. We love our new hardwood floors, and we're very happy we went with Above All Flooring!

Excellent customer service from both Chad and Beth! Totally happy with results! They installed both wide plank hardwood and carpet. We have a circular staircase and the installer did an amazing job! I had Above All Hardwood Flooring install luxury vinyl in my living room, hallway and two bedrooms. I love the high quality look and feel. Gary was very informative and answered all my questions promptly. He also was helpful when it came to picking out the style and color. Bill and Gunner did a wonderful job with the installation. All were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
